The Parker Police Department is no longer able to process fingerprints for job application candidates for Colorado State background checks in response to Senate Bill 17-189,

The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is implementing the Colorado Applicant Background Services (CABS) program. The CBI awarded two contracts allowing third party vendors to electronically print and submit noncriminal applicant fingerprints for the State. The vendors who were awarded contracts to participate in the CABS program are Idemia and American BioIdentity.
